SimpleRisk has always been known for being the most cost-effective GRC platform on the market. However, up until now, there were a couple of things that always felt "off" to us about our pricing. First, on the low end there was a difference between the cost of our On-Premise and Hosted deployments. This became a source of confusion for prospective customers when trying to figure out which deployment platform to choose. Second, while our On-Premise packages allowed for feature flexibility, we only offered three Hosted packages that were effectively set in stone. In October 2024, we introduced a new pricing structure, and all that changed.
SimpleRisk's new pricing model now puts you in total control of the GRC functionality that is the most relevant to your organization! Thanks to a complete re-architecture of our Hosted platform, we're excited to announce that customers with Hosted deployments now enjoy the same ability to create custom packages, as our On-Premise customers have enjoyed for years. Additionally, we are now able to offer customers the same pricing, regardless of your deployment model.
The Benefit of SimpleRisk On-Premise
SimpleRisk On-Premise customers enjoy full control over their SimpleRisk environment. It runs on their servers in their data center and we will never touch their data. They get to decide when their instance is upgraded or when downtime is incurred. They are responsible for things like backup, monitoring and upgrades of their SimpleRisk instances, but our Support Team is here to help them when they run into issues.
The Benefit of SimpleRisk Hosted
SimpleRisk Hosted customers enjoy a frictionless SimpleRisk experience. Instances are hosted in our ISO 27001 certified environment in the AWS cloud. We take care of all backups, monitoring and upgrades of the SimpleRisk environment, so all the customer needs to focus on is their GRC goals.
